Cruel Ragnarok is and always will be 100% FREE TO PLAY. Making a donation is completely optional and not required to enjoy the game. However, any support through donations is deeply appreciated and helps us continue delivering a high-quality gaming experience!

Our goal is to offer players a smooth, enjoyable, and well-maintained server. To achieve this, we invest in premium hosting, ongoing updates, server protection, custom features, sprites, and fair staff compensation.

Where Your Donations Go: Every donation is used exclusively for server-related expenses such as:

• Hosting and server maintenance

• Developer and staff compensation

• Feature and security upgrades

• Custom content, sprites, and event funding As a token of our appreciation, donors will receive Proof of Donation (POD) Tickets, which can be used in-game to enhance your experience. Thank you for supporting Cruel Ragnarok!

🔸 Voluntary Support: All donations are given out of FREE WILL. No part of the game is locked behind payment, and no player is required to donate.

🔸 Accurate Information: Please ensure all information provided during donation is true, accurate, and up to date.

🔸 Privacy Assurance: Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only for processing the donation.

🔸 Donation Refusal: Cruel Ragnarok reserves the right to decline any donation if submitted information appears to be false or suspicious.

🔸 No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of the amount or benefits received.

🔸 No Special Privileges: Donating does not exempt any player from server rules or penalties. Donors are held to the same standards as all players and are not entitled to special treatment.

🔸 Ticket Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for POD Tickets or items sent to the wrong recipient. Please double-check your character name before finalizing.

🔹 Streamer/CM Codes Are Optional Using a referral code (from a streamer or CM) is completely optional. You may leave the code field blank if you prefer. However, if a streamer or event GM has helped, guided, or invited you, feel free to support them by entering their code.

📝 Note: Using a referral code does not provide you with any in-game rewards or bonuses. Its only purpose is to show appreciation for the streamer's or CM's contribution to the community.

🔹 Donation Processing Information All donations are personally processed by me only. No other CMs/GMs are authorized to handle donations.

📌 Regardless of the referral code you use (or if you use none at all), donations are processed based solely on my availability. The referral code does not affect the speed or priority of your donation.

🕗 Processing Times: While I aim to process donations as soon as possible when I’m online, there may be times when I’m only available after 8:00 PM. Please be patient and understanding.
